The Honourable Minister of State, Ministry of Mines & Steel Development, Senator Gbemisola Ruqayyah Saraki, and the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Oluwatoyin Akinlade, were both received at The Rock Post Publication’s stand, during the just concluded NMW event.
They expressed sincere appreciation after they were offered copies of The Rock Post souvenirs by the Editor-in-chief, Lukeman Abdulsalam in company of other administrative personnel in person of Moses Titus Okwuabuche, Logun Wasiu and Zephaniah Ndaja in charge of Gemology.
Speaking with The Rock Post, the Technical Assistant to the Permanent Secretary (PS), Deinsam OGAN, stated that the Ministry is blessed with very committed Principals.
He added, that, the PS is working tirelessly to support the development of the Gold and Gemstones subsector, even as she sufficiently promotes the diverse roles of women in the sector (WIMIN) generally.
In one of the pictures, they are both seen admiring the very intricate craftsmanship of a Citrine quart ring cut, polished and mounted on an alluring silver ring by our master craftsman.
