During its operational lifetime, the defunct Nigerian Mining Corporation (NMC) established seven (7) wholly owned subsidiary limited liability companies. In addition, it had 23 associated limited liability companies while at the same time stood proxy on behalf of the Federal Government of Nigeria in four (4) foreign holdings as follows?
